浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發(fā)有限公司,通過對煤樣進行熱解實驗,研究了礦煤層自然發(fā)火特性,測定了煤樣在不同熱 解溫度下CO,CO2,CH4,C2H4,C2H6和C3H8等氣體的濃度,確定了這些氣體的檢出溫度.在實驗研究的基礎上,結合指標氣體優(yōu)選原則,分析 了自然發(fā)火指標氣體隨溫度變化的規(guī)律性,選出了適合本礦煤層自然發(fā)火預測預報的指標氣體,對提高煤炭自燃早期預測預報的準確度和礦井防火有重要指導意義.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. conducted pyrolysis experiments on coal samples to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal seams. The concentrations of gases such as CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, and C3H8 were measured at different pyrolysis temperatures, and the detection temperatures of these gases were determined Based on experimental research and the principle of optimizing indicator gases, the regularity of natural combustion indicator gases changing with temperature was analyzed, and suitable indicator gases for predicting and forecasting coal spontaneous combustion in this mine were selected.
