浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司用弱酸性吸收液采集無(wú)組織廢氣中的三甲胺,加入堿液后,在一定的溫度下經(jīng)一定時(shí)間的平衡,吸收液中的三甲胺逸至上部空間,并在氣液兩相中達(dá)到動(dòng)態(tài)的平衡。此時(shí),三甲胺在氣相中的濃度與它在液相中的濃度成正比。用氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器對(duì)氣相中的三甲胺進(jìn)行測(cè)定。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在無(wú)組織廢氣吸收液體積為10.0 mL,采樣體積為20 L時(shí),三甲胺的檢出限是0.003 mg/m~3,線性良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9997,加標(biāo)回收率為85.0%-100%。初步建立了頂空氣相色譜法測(cè)定無(wú)組織廢氣中三甲胺的方法。

After adding alkaline solution, the trimethylamine in the absorption solution escapes to the upper space at a certain temperature and reaches dynamic equilibrium in the gas-liquid phase after a certain period of time. At this point, the concentration of trimethylamine in the gas phase is proportional to its concentration in the liquid phase. Use a hydrogen flame ionization detector to determine trimethylamine in the gas phase. The experimental results showed that when the volume of unorganized exhaust gas absorption solution was 10.0 mL and the sampling volume was 20 L, the detection limit of trimethylamine was 0.003 mg/m3, with good linearity and a correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The spiked recovery rate was 85.0% -100%. A preliminary method for determining trimethylamine in unorganized waste gas using headspace gas chromatography has been established.
