國內(nèi)出臺了氣相色譜法和氣相色譜質(zhì)譜法測定環(huán)境空氣中有機硫化物的標準方法(GB/T14678-93和HJ759-2015),這兩種檢測方法成本高、操作較為復雜,且使用到了液氧和液氮存在一定的危險性。

浩瀚色譜采用吸附管采樣-熱脫附/氣相色譜質(zhì)譜法同時測定環(huán)境空氣中5種有機硫化物,以全掃描模式定性,選擇離子掃描法定量,操作安全簡單,成本低,線性良好。若采樣體積為10L,則方法檢出限為2.04×10~(-4)mg·m~(-3)～4.22×10~(-4)mg·m~(-3),相對標準偏差(RSD)為2.76%～7.73%(n=6),加標回收率為78.5%～106%。

本方法適用于惡臭污染源排氣和環(huán)境空氣中硫化氫、甲硫醇、甲硫醚和二甲二硫的同時測定。氣相色譜儀的火焰光度檢測器（GC-FPD）對四種成分的檢出限為0.2╳10-3～1.0╳10-3g，當氣體樣品中四種成分濃度高于1.0mg/m3時，可取1～2mL氣體樣品直接注入氣相色譜儀分析。對1L氣體樣品進行濃縮，四種成分的方法檢出限分別為.2╳10-3～1.0╳10-3mg/m3。

Standard methods for determining organic sulfides in ambient air using gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GB/T14678-93 and HJ759-2015) have been introduced in China. These two detection methods are costly, complex to operate, and pose certain risks when using liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen.
Haohan Chromatography uses adsorption tube sampling thermal desorption/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to simultaneously determine five organic sulfides in ambient air. Qualitative analysis is carried out in full scan mode, and ion scanning method is chosen for quantification. The operation is safe and simple, with low cost and good linearity. If the sampling volume is 10L, the detection limit of the method is 2.04 × 10~(-4) mg · m~(-3)~4.22 × 10~(-4) mg · m~(-3), the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2.76%~7.73% (n=6), and the spiked recovery rate is 78.5%~106%.
This method is applicable for the simultaneous determination of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, and dimethyl disulfide in the exhaust of odor pollution sources and ambient air. The detection limit of the flame photometric detector (GC-FPD) of the gas chromatograph for the four components is 0.2 × 10-3~1.0 × 10-3g. When the concentration of the four components in the gas sample is higher than 1.0mg/m3, 1-2mL of gas sample can be directly injected into the gas chromatograph for analysis. Concentrate 1L of gas sample, and the detection limits for the four components are. 2 × 10-3~1.0 × 10-3mg/m3, respectively.
