浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司根據(jù)HJ 38—2017《固定污染源廢氣總烴、甲烷和非甲烷總烴的測(cè)定氣相色譜法》,結(jié)合實(shí)際監(jiān)測(cè)分析中遇到的問(wèn)題，對(duì)氣相色譜法分析尤其是填充柱法分析時(shí)的色譜柱差異、校準(zhǔn)曲線制作、總烴峰異常、除烴空氣干擾和采樣容器的選擇等方面進(jìn)行了探討實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：不銹鋼空柱更適用于總烴的測(cè)定；采用一定濃度的標(biāo)氣、不同的進(jìn)樣體積來(lái)建立校準(zhǔn)曲線，校準(zhǔn)曲線的相關(guān)系數(shù)相對(duì)更好；利用真空玻璃瓶采樣，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作簡(jiǎn)單，易清洗，價(jià)格低，適用于采集環(huán)境空氣和無(wú)組織排放污染源樣品。
