浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司采用國產(chǎn)GC790型氣相色譜儀及氫焰離子化檢測器,對空氣中氯乙醇測定方法進(jìn)行了研究。 一、測定方法 1、原理 空氣中氯乙醇經(jīng)活性炭吸附,以異丙醇、正十四碳烷的二硫化碳溶液解吸,經(jīng)FFAP—ChromosorbW—AW色譜柱分離,用氫焰離子化檢測器檢測,以保留時間定性,根據(jù)氯乙醇與內(nèi)標(biāo)物正十四碳烷峰高比,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線上查出濃度比定量。

Principle: Chloroethanol in the air is adsorbed by activated carbon, desorbed by carbon disulfide solution of isopropanol and n-tetradecane, separated by FFAP Chromosorb W-AW chromatographic column, detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector, and determined by retention time. Based on the peak height ratio of chloroethanol to the internal standard n-tetradecane, the concentration ratio is found on the standard curve for quantification.
