聚丙烯裝置生產(chǎn)中對丙烯原料中一氧化碳、二氧化碳含量控制較為嚴格,特別是使用茂金屬催化劑后,對丙烯中的一氧化碳、二氧化碳含量要求提升到uL/m~3級,而目前所用的分析方法GB/T 3394-2009《工業(yè)用乙烯、丙烯中微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳和乙炔的測定氣相色譜法》最低檢出限只能達到mL/m~3級,完全不能適應目前更高的要求;

 

浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司通過對分析方法實驗條件的改造優(yōu)化,以及試驗摸索,建立了可檢測丙烯中微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳分析方法,結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)優(yōu)化后的方法測定丙烯中一氧化碳與二氧化碳最低檢出限分別可達5uL/m~3與18uL/m~3,方法3次重復測定被測組分的相對標準偏差均小于12.85%,數(shù)據(jù)的精密度良好,可滿足聚丙烯裝置試用茂金屬催化劑對丙烯檢測的技術(shù)要求。
