浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立自動(dòng)頂空氣相色譜法測(cè)定飲用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的方法。方法:飲用水樣在頂空自動(dòng)進(jìn)樣裝置上加熱,平衡后進(jìn)樣,經(jīng)15%DC-550/Chromosorb W AW填充柱分離,微池電子捕獲檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)。結(jié)果:三氯甲烷在0μg/L~33.92μg/L濃度范圍、四氯化碳在0μg/L~1.60μg/L濃度范圍內(nèi)呈良好線性關(guān)系,其相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.9998和0.9997,三氯甲烷的最低檢出濃度為0.06μg/L、四氯化碳的最低檢出濃度為0.01μg/L,回收率為92.9%~105.0%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.77%~2.28%。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、靈敏、準(zhǔn)確、重現(xiàn)性好,適用于飲用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的測(cè)定。
