本法系用氣相色譜法（通則0521）（（通則0521））測定酒劑或酊劑等含乙醇制劑中甲醇的含量。除另有規(guī)定外，按下列方法測定。

色譜條件與系統(tǒng)適用性試驗(yàn) 用直徑為0.18~0.25mm的二乙烯苯-乙基乙烯苯型高分子多孔小球作為載體；柱溫125℃。理論板數(shù)按甲醇峰計(jì)算應(yīng)不低于1500；甲醇峰、乙醇峰與內(nèi)標(biāo)物質(zhì)各相鄰色譜峰之間的分離度應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。
