浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立便攜式氣相色譜分析儀快速測定工作場所空氣中六氟化硫(SF6)的方法.對質(zhì)量濃度為0.300～40.000 mg/m3的SF6標準氣體最低檢出濃度為0.15 mg/m3,準確度為101.0％～104.4％,相對標準偏差為3.7％～4.9％.具有良好的一致性.結(jié)論：本法具有良好的準確性和抗干擾性,適用于工作場所空氣中SF6水平的現(xiàn)場測定。
