浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立桂枝揮發(fā)油中桂皮醛含量測(cè)定的氣相色譜法.方法選用OV-17色譜柱,進(jìn)樣器溫度250℃,,檢測(cè)器FID250℃,載氣He:1mL/min,H20.2kg/cm2,空氣0.4kg/cm2..結(jié)果桂皮醛進(jìn)樣量在0.082~1.640g/L濃度范圍內(nèi)峰面積與被測(cè)物濃度線性關(guān)系良好,r=0.9994,平均加樣回收率為100.69%.以乙晴為溶劑,對(duì)不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)測(cè)得的揮發(fā)油中桂皮醛含量相對(duì)接近.結(jié)論該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便,準(zhǔn)確,重現(xiàn)性好.
