酒中除含大量的乙醇和水外,還含有醇、酯、酸、羰基化合物、縮醛和酚類(lèi),其中以醇和酯含量為主。酒中甲醇、雜醇油也為衛(wèi)生監(jiān)測(cè)的重要指標(biāo)。目前氣相色譜作酒的分析文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道已很多,有DNP柱,PEG柱,GDX-102柱,有機(jī)擔(dān)體402柱,有機(jī)擔(dān)體403柱等。
浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司在用有機(jī)擔(dān)體403工作的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了GDX-103用于酒的色譜分析,結(jié)果表明,GDX-103對(duì)酒中主成分分離效果好,分析速度快,峰面積與其濃度有良好的線性關(guān)系,結(jié)果再現(xiàn)性較jia。

On the basis of using organic support 403, Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. explored the use of GDX-103 for chromatographic analysis of wine. The results showed that GDX-103 had good separation effect for main components in wine, fast analysis speed, good linear relationship between peak area and concentration, and good reproducibility of the results.
