浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司研究水中微量及痕量三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的測(cè)定方法。方法利用三氯甲烷、四氯化碳在水中的弱溶解性,采用靜止頂空氣相色譜法,用DC550色譜柱進(jìn)行其微量及痕量分析。結(jié)果三氯甲烷在0.00~20.0μg/L濃度范圍、四氯化碳在0.00~1.00μg/L濃度范圍內(nèi)呈良好線性關(guān)系,其r值分別為0.9998和0.9996,而三氯甲烷的最小檢出濃度為0.19μg/L、四氯化碳的最小檢出濃度為0.01μg/L,回收率在95%~110%之間。結(jié)論該方法干擾少,無二次污染,用此法進(jìn)行礦泉水、井水、純凈水、水源水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的測(cè)定,結(jié)果滿意。
